Edinburgh in July 2006
I first visited Edinburgh in around 2003, and was taken aback at what a lovely city it was. Since then, I have been many times, and have really enjoyed every trip; it is one of my favourite cities in the UK. These photos were taken in July 2006, whilst I was on a business trip to the city. The weather was warm, sunny, and generally lovely, and very much lent itself to photos.
These photos are primarily taken whilst walking between Calton Hill, Princes Street, The Mound, and the Royal Mile, as well as the climb towards Arthur's Seat on a beautiful day. I have many more photos of the city, and hopefully one day I'll upload those; a major omission from this collection are photos taken inside the grounds of Edinburgh Castle itself.
